SPRINGFIELD, Tenn., May 12  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eMax Alive Worldwide,
Inc., partly owned by eMax Holdings Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: EMXC),
completed a merger with Freedom Entertainment International, Inc. and has
changed its name to EntertainMax Worldwide, Inc.

The company is preparing to file an 8K for this transaction.

eMax Holdings shareholders can expect to receive a stock dividend in
EntertainMax Worldwide, Inc. by the end of June 2005 or sooner. The record date
for the dividend in eMax Alive Worldwide was announced as March 14, 2005. For
every three shares of stock held in EMXC, shareholders can expect receive one
share of EntertainMax Worldwide, Inc. The expected dividend mailing date was
April 24, 2005, but additional time was needed to complete the name changes and
for acquiring a CUSIP number for EntertainMax Worldwide, Inc.
