Eaton Vance Insured Municipal Bond Funds Declare Monthly Distributions

BOSTON, Jan. 30  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Eaton Vance Management, the Boston-based investment adviser, today announced the monthly distributions declared on the common shares of eleven of its closed-end insured municipal bond funds ("Funds"). The announcement reflects an increase in the monthly distribution for Eaton Vance Insured Municipal Bond Fund II (NYSE Alternext US: EIV), Eaton Vance Insured California Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE Alternext US: EVM), Eaton Vance Insured California Municipal Bond Fund II (NYSE Alternext US: EIA), Eaton Vance Insured Massachusetts Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE Alternext US: MAB), Eaton Vance Insured Michigan Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE Alternext US: MIW), Eaton Vance Insured New Jersey Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE Alternext US: EMJ), Eaton Vance Insured New York Municipal Bond Fund II (NYSE Alternext US: NYH), Eaton Vance Insured Ohio Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE Alternext US: EIO) and Eaton Vance Insured Pennsylvania Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE Alternext US: EIP). The record date for the distributions is February 20, 2009, and the payable date is February 27, 2009. The ex-date is February 18, 2009. The distribution per share, closing market price on January 29, 2009 (or last trade price), and annualized market yield for each Fund are as follows:
