Notice to EFG-Hermes GDR Holders:
EFG-Hermes is pleased to announce that it has concluded the subscription to its
EGP200 million (40 million shares) rights issue. The number of shares subscribed
to in round 1 was 12,685,367 shares. The number of shares left for subscription
in round 2 was 27,314,633 shares. This number of shares was over subscribed to;
hence the allocation in round 2 was approximately 42.2%.
The company is currently completing all legal and administrative procedures to
issue the mentioned shares.
