PEARL RIVER, N.Y., Jan. 22  /PRNewswire/ -- Millennium Pipeline Company, L.L.C. today announced a binding Open Season for shippers seeking firm transportation capacity commencing November 1, 2013 to support system mainline expansions.  The Open Season begins January 25, 2010, and runs through February 12, 2010.
