(NYSE:DNP) today declared dividends of 6.5 cents per share on its common stock, payable on April 12, 2010, May 10, 2010 and June 10, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2010, April 30, 2010 and May 28, 2010, respectively.
