(NYSE:DNP) today declared dividends of 6.5 cents per share on its common stock, payable on October 13, 2009, November 10, 2009 and December 10, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2009, October 30, 2009 and November 30, 2009, respectively.
