American Stock Exchange Lists Merrill Lynch's Accelerated Return Bear Notes Linked to Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 Index

NEW YORK, May 7  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Merrill Lynch's Accelerated Return Notes Linked to Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 23,700,000 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol DEZ and has a maturity date of July 10, 2008.
