DCS Group plc ("DCS" or the "Group") announces that, following recent disposals
and a move to AIM, it has decided to decentralise its finance function and move
from its London office to its existing divisional office in Nottingham towards
the end of the first quarter, 2004. This will mean that the Group Finance
Director's role will pass to the divisional finance teams and be subsumed within
the new Group finance function.

Colin Campbell ceases to be Group Finance Director and steps down from the Board
with immediate effect.

Chris Bromley who has been with the Group for 22 years will become the Company
Secretary, the position he occupied from 1992 -1997, with immediate effect.
