Williams Grand Prix Holdings Lists on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Williams Grand Prix Holdings PLC (ISIN: DE000A1H6VM4) joined the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange today, 2 March. The IPO included an offering of 2,409,383 no-par value ordinary bearer shares. The issue price was €25.00 and the initial listing price €25.25.

Bank am Bellevue acted as sole global co-ordinator and sole global book runner, Baader Bank AG acted as joint lead manager and local book runner for Germany and is the Designated Sponsor.
