Notification of interest in shares

Cyberes received notification on 28 July 2003 that the beneficial interests of
3PC Investment Trust and The Aim Trust in the Company have been merged following
the merger of these two institutions as of 29 July 2003.  The resulting 13%
beneficial holding is held by Chase Nominees Ltd on behalf of the new entity
Active Capital Trust.
