NEW YORK, March 24  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Funding Incorporated's 7.5% SEQUINS, linked to UnitedHealth Group Incorporated.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 5.54 million shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol CTH and has a maturation date of April 10, 2007.

The notes are issued by Citigroup Funding Inc.  The Amex specialist unit is Kellogg Capital Group.
