Statement re: Board Appointments

BOARD APPOINTMENTS

The Corporate Services Group plc ("CSG") is pleased to announce the appointment
of two new Directors to the Board with immediate effect. 

Desmond Doyle, 37, joins as Group Finance Director, bringing with him knowledge
of the recruitment industry and UK and US listed company experience - assets
that will prove invaluable to the business.  Mr Doyle was previously Group
Finance Director at healthcare recruitment company Reed Health Group plc. 
Prior to that he was European Chief Financial Officer for APW, an electronic
manufacturing services provider listed on the New York Stock Exchange.  Mr
Doyle qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, London.

David Young, 51, joins as a Non Executive Director. Recently Global President
of Duracell, and previously with J. Walter Thompson and Nestle, Mr Young brings
extensive senior executive experience with large US corporations.

Julian Treger, Executive Chairman of CSG, commented: "I am delighted with the
new appointments. Desmond and David bring with them a wealth of experience
which will be a major asset to the Board."
