       BOARD APPOINTMENT        
                                

The Corporate Services Group PLC ("CSG") is pleased to announce the appointment
to the Board of Andrew Wilson as a Non-Executive Director with immediate
effect.

Andrew Wilson, 42, has, since 1996, worked in senior management positions in
the UK and European healthcare sector.  Previously he was an investment banker
with UBS Warburg specialising in mergers and acquisitions.  He is currently
Executive Chairman of Southern Cross Holdings, a private nursing and specialist
care operator and Senior Vice President of Capio AB, a Swedish healthcare
operator.  He is also a Non-Executive Director of London Town plc and Watford
Leisure plc. 

Julian Treger, Executive Chairman of CSG, commented: "I am delighted to welcome
Andrew to the Board.       He brings immense experience and a wide network of
contacts that will prove particularly valuable to Medacs, our leading
healthcare staffing business.  The Board will also benefit from his expertise
