The number of ordinary shares held by Mark Adams in the Company before the
acquisition of an additional 293,300 shares should read 34,284 shares instead of
22,856 shares. As a result, Mark Adams currently holds 327,584 ordinary shares
in the Company. All other details contained in the announcement remain
unchanged.
