The following replace the announcement released at 14.36 on 7 April 2003 under

The number of options granted to Desmond Doyle should read 6,130,000 instead of
4,940,000. All other details contained in the announcement remain unchanged.



The Corporate Services Group plc (the "Company")



On 4 April 2003, the Company granted options to Mark Adams (Chief Operating
Officer) and Desmond Doyle (Finance Director) over 10,000,000 ordinary shares
and 6,130,000 ordinary shares respectively. These options, which are subject to
performance criteria and were granted under The Corporate Services Group plc
Executive Share Option Schemes 2000, are exercisable at a price of 5 pence per
ordinary share as follows:



On 4 April 2004, 30% of the options granted become exercisable subject to the
share price per ordinary share having reached 10 pence or more.



On 4 April 2005, 27% of the options granted become exercisable subject to the
share price per ordinary share having reached 15 pence or more.



On 4 April 2006, 22.5% of the options granted become exercisable subject to the
share price per ordinary share having reached 20 pence or more.



On 4 April 2007, 20.5% of the options granted become exercisable subject to the
share price per ordinary share having reached 25 pence or more.



Following the grant of these options, Mark Adams holds options over a total of
10,480,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Desmond Doyle has no other options
than those disclosed above.
