The Company was informed by Ian Paling and Simon Hartley, both directors of the
Company, that on 18 December 2003 they both sold 7,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at #2.02 per share. The Ordinary Shares were
sold to utilise the annual Capital Gains Tax allowance.


Following these sales, Mr Paling has a beneficial interest in 244,954 Ordinary
Shares and Mr Hartley has a beneficial interest in 86,955 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.64 and 0.23 per cent respectively of the current issued share
capital of the Company.
