                    Directors' and Significant Shareholdings

Following the placing recently undertaken by Campus, the Company announces the
following Directors' participation in the placing and their resultant holdings
in the share capital of the Company.

Jonathan Durden subscribed for 208,333 shares at 12p per share and this is his
total holding of ordinary shares, which represents 1.64 per cent of the enlarged
share capital of the Company.

Adam Driscoll subscribed for 83,333 shares at 12p per share. This is his total
holding of ordinary shares, which represents 0.66 per cent of the enlarged share
capital of the Company.

Antony Harbron subscribed for 62,500 shares at 12p per share. His total holding
of ordinary shares is now 987,500, which represents 7.78 per cent of the
enlarged share capital of the Company.

Michael Vandekar subscribed for 108,333 shares at 12p per share and this is his
total holding of ordinary shares, which represents 0.85 per cent of the enlarged
share capital of the Company.

Simon Lynds subscribed for 208,333 shares at 12p per share. His total holding of
ordinary shares is now 1,208,333, which represents 9.52 per cent of the enlarged
share capital of the Company.

Alexandra Saint-Marc subscribed for 62,500 shares at 12p per share. Her total
holding of ordinary shares is now 987,500, which represents 7.78 per cent of the
enlarged share capital of the Company.

Channelfly Plc agreed under the terms of the placing to capitalise #50,000 of
debt owed to it by Campus into 416,6667 ordinary shares at 12p per share.
Consequently Channelfly plc now holds 3,716,667 shares representing 29.27 per
cent of the share capital of the Company.
