                         Placing and Additional Listing

coffeeheaven international is pleased to announce that it has placed 20,000,000
new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 0.9p per
share to raise #180,000 for the Company, prior to expenses. The net proceeds of
the placing will be used for additional working capital.

The shares have been placed by the Company's broker, Seymour Pierce Ellis
Limited, with its clients.

Application has today been made for the admission of the new Ordinary Shares to
trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The shares will rank
pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Dealings in the new
Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 27 January 2004.
