Result of EGM and Additional Listing
At the coffeeheaven international plc Extraordinary General Meeting today, all
resolutions proposed were passed. Accordingly, coffeeheaven is now able to
accept the offer from Bakery Services plc to sell the preference shares it holds
in the Company to coffeeheaven.
coffeeheaven is also pleased to announce a placing to raise #147,200, before
expenses, by the issue of 16,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Placing
Shares") at a price of 0.92p. The funds raised will be used for the development
of new markets and for general working capital. The Company has made application
for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are
expected to commence on Friday 8 August 2003. The Placing Shares will rank pari
passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
