                                 Board Changes


Connaught announces today that Bob Henry, a non-executive director and former
Chairman of the Group, has decided to retire from the Board due to the pressure
of his other business commitments. Bob first joined the Connaught board in 1996
and was appointed Chairman prior to the company's admission to the Alternative
Investment Market in 1998. Since then, he has served in a non-executive capacity
during a period of significant growth for Connaught.


The board would like to record its gratitude to Bob for his contribution to the
development of the Group and wishes him well for the future.
