Re-directors interest


Following the exercise today of options over 30,000 ordinary shares
(representing 0.16 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital) at a
price of #2.03 per share, David Pike has today sold the same number of ordinary
shares at a price of #3.25 each.


Accordingly David Pike remains interested in 6,166 ordinary shares (representing
0.03 per cent. of Connaught's issued share capital) and has an interest in
options over a further 160,000 ordinary shares.


Application has been made for the 30,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to
AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 15 July 2003.
