Holding in Company

As required by sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the
AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 7 March 2003 that on 6 March 2002, City Equities
Limited purchased 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.5p each in the Company
representing 3.34% of the Company's issued share capital.

City Equities Limited, acting as Principal, sold 2,140,000 of these shares to
their private clients as at the close of business on 7 March 2003.  As a result
of this transaction, City Equities Limited holds 360,000 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 0.48% of the Company's issued share capital.

As a result of these sales City Equities Limited no longer holds a notifiable
interest in the shares of the Company
