At the Annual General Meeting of AIM listed Claims People Group plc Chairman
John French said:


"The group has made considerable progress since its launch onto the Alternative
Investment Market in October 2000. Despite keen competition in the loss
adjusting and claims management sector, we have made steady progress and have
secured our finances by raising necessary additional equity funding in 2002.


I am encouraged by the level of business in the new trading year.  We have
consolidated our position with existing clients including Norwich Union and HSBC
and indeed both of these sources have shown additional volumes of work this
year.  As already announced, the new Liverpool Victoria contract commenced on
1st January and we are receiving strong support.  More recently we have
introduced to the market our motor impact product called 'Verify'.  This has
been well received and has enabled us to market to new insurer clients.  The '
Verify' service is now used by Axa, Chaucer and Hastings Direct.  We are
confident that the client list will develop.


The positive trading atmosphere enables the directors to view the future with
some optimism.  Indeed this has been expressed with the full board recently
purchasing in excess of 1 million shares in the company.


The resolutions proposed were duly passed with a substantial majority.
