Creative Education Corporation Plc (the "Company")

ADMISSION OF SHARES



The Directors are pleased to announce that on Thursday 25 September the Company
completed the placing of 8,100,000 new ordinary of 1p each at 5 pence which
raised a total of #405,000.

In addition loan notes held by those below were converted into 6,700,000 new
ordinary of 1p each at 5 pence on Thursday 25 September.  Details of the loan
notes were set out in the Company's Admission Document of April 2003:

John Baker and Laurence Davis now hold 22.91% and 22.34% respectively.


An application for the 14,800,000 new Common Shares to be admitted to trading on
the Alternative Investment Market has been made with the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Thursday 2 October 2003.

The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.
