                             Director Shareholding

The Company was today informed that due to institutional demand, Mr Chris
Hanson, a director of the Company, sold 120,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at 93p per share on 11 December 2003.

Following this transaction, Mr Hanson has a beneficial interest in 280,000
Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.86 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
