Cessation of Material Interest

UK Regulatory

    Fidelity International Limited of Bermuda ('Fidelity') notified the company
after close of business on 9 December 2003 that, following a sale of 5,766,187
shares, it had reduced its holdings in the company to 7,011,713 shares
representing 2.73% of the issued share capital and that, as a consequence, it
no longer held a material interest in the company. The notification also
comprised the interest of Edward C. Johnson III as a principal shareholder of
Fidelity.
