Blue Chip Value and Income Fund Limited (the "Company")
Investment Policy
In anticipation of impending changes to the Listing Rules the Board announces
that approximately 16% of the Company's Gross Assets currently comprise shares
in other investment companies. It is the intention of the Board and the Manager
to reduce the investments in listed investment companies (including listed
investment trusts) to be not more than 15% of Gross Assets as soon as reasonably
possible without sacrificing shareholder value in the process.
