The program will focus on the financial challenges that have followed a yearlong period of unprecedented market volatility. Details of the event include:

What: A five-person panel of retirement thought leaders will cover a range of topics, including the future of Social Security, the fate of 401(k) savings plans, retirement programs that may no longer be effective in light of current market volatility, and how public, private and individual roles in securing a sound financial future may evolve in the next year.

  Panel participants include:


  --  Moderator, Amy Feldman - An associate editor at BusinessWeek in New
      York. Ms. Feldman covers retirement, tax, investing and other personal
      finance issues.


  --  Panelist, Peter Brady, Ph.D. - A senior economist for the Investment
      Company Institute. Mr. Brady studies the role of mutual funds in the
      retirement market, analyzing developments in the defined contribution
      and IRA markets.


  --  Panelist, Eric Chaney - Chief economist for AXA Group. Mr. Chaney
      provides economic research on macro trends and risks for the company
      and its entities. He was previously chief economist for Europe for
      Morgan Stanley.


  --  Panelist, Pamela Perun - Policy director for the Initiative on
      Financial Security for the Aspen Institute. Ms. Perun is a lawyer and

  --  Panelist, Dallas Salisbury - President and chief executive officer of
      the Employee Benefit Research Institute (EBRI). Mr. Salisbury joined
