AXA Equitable Promotes Eric Lhomond to Senior Vice President

NEW YORK, May 22  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company announced today that Eric Lhomond has been promoted to the position of senior vice president. The appointment was confirmed during a Board of Directors meeting held yesterday afternoon.

Eric Lhomond is the head of AXA Equitable's Hedging Programs Management, where he is responsible for managing the company's hedging programs, supervising trade activity, and developing and implementing its hedging strategies. Lhomond, who reports to Richard Dziadzio, executive vice president and chief financial officer for AXA Equitable, joined the company in 2000 as a financial analyst.

Before joining AXA Equitable, Lhomond worked in senior finance positions for several companies in Paris.
