California American Water Appoints Jeffrey M. Dana as Senior Manager, Rates & Regulation

CORONADO, Calif., Aug. 12  /PRNewswire/ -- California American Water announced today that Jeffrey M. Dana has been appointed to the position of Senior Manager, Rates and Regulation.  Dana will be based at company headquarters in Coronado but will have statewide responsibility.

"Jeff will augment our existing rates and regulation team to work close with regulators to ensure our infrastructure investments are timely and provide benefits to our customers," said company President Rob MacLean.  "Jeff's experience in finance, regulation and compliance will be a great addition to our rates and regulation team."

Dana had gained valuable experience during his three years with American Water, parent company of California American Water.  During that time, he served as a Regional Senior Compliance Analyst and most recently as a Project Manager in Finance based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.  Prior to joining American Water, Dana was a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, in their Irvine, California and Phoenix, Arizona offices.

In addition to his 11 years of work experience, Dana also holds a B.S. Degree and a Master's Degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
