The record date for entitlement to the preferential dividend on Redeemable
Shares presently in issue will be 3 October 2003. That dividend is to be paid
on 13 October 2003.
The amount of the dividend is based on the six month LIBOR for the period from
29 March 2003 to 28 September 2003 and is 0.0013592 pence per share.
Redeemable Shares issued after 29 March will not begin to accrue dividend until
after 29 September 2003, so will not be entitled to any dividend to be paid on
13 October.
