Disposal of remaining interest in The Wigmore Group plc
Artisan (UK) plc is pleased to announce that it has now converted and sold all
of the remaining #600,000 in convertible loan notes issued by The Wigmore Group
plc.
The shares issued from the conversion of the loan note at 1.75p were sold for
between 1.875p and 2.0p. The realisation is slightly in excess of the carrying
value in the last published balance sheet of Artisan (UK) plc as at 31 March
2003.
Artisan (UK) plc no longer holds any loan notes in The Wigmore Group plc and
this concludes the realisation of this non core asset.
