             ARC Risk Management Group plc ("ARC" or the "Company")

                 Additional Listing and Director Shareholdings


The Company has today made application for admission of 1,600,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative Investment Market
of the London Stock Exchange. These shares have been issued at 1.25p in
consideration for professional services provided to the Company. The shares will
rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on 9 April 2003.

The Company also announces that Directors Simon Wakeling, Rob Whiting and Rupert
Reid have each disposed of 400,000 ordinary shares at 1.25p each. Following
these disposals, their interests in the ordinary shares of the Company are as
follows:
