NEW YORK, July 31  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the 7.25% Series A Cumulative Convertible Preferred Shares of American Mortgage Acceptance Company under the ticker symbol AMC.PR.A. The Company has issued 680,000 shares at $25.00 per share for gross proceeds of $17,000,000.
