Distribution Agreements covering Malice and Powerdome


Argonaut is pleased to announce the signing of two agreements covering the
publication of its games Malice and Powerdrome.


Distribution Agreement with Bethesda Softworks LLC


Following discussions with a number of specialist distribution companies,
Argonaut has entered into an agreement with Bethesda Softworks LLC, a subsidiary
of ZeniMax Media Inc., for the release and distribution of Malice and Powerdrome
in North America.  The titles will be released under ZeniMax's Mud Duck
publishing label.



Distribution Agreement with XIM Inc.



Argonaut has entered into an agreement with XIM Inc. for the release and
distribution of Malice and Powerdrome throughout the PAL territories
(principally Europe). The games will be launched under XIM's new publishing arm;
Evolved Games.



The above distribution agreements differ from our usual development contracts,
in that they are solely royalty based. As the development of both titles has
been completed, the distribution agreements do not involve an advance.



The distribution companies will determine the launch date for each title in each
territory: it is anticipated that both games will be released in the second
quarter of 2004.





Argonaut will provide a full trading update including progress on signing new
development contracts, with its interim results for the six months ending 31
January 2004, which will be released in March 2004.
