Institutional Investor Lists Aflac Chairman and CEO Dan Amos Among the 'Best CEOs in America'

Analysts Also Rate SVP Ken Janke Jr. and Aflac Investor Relations Team "Best in Class"


COLUMBUS, Ga., Feb. 10  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aflac, the company that pays you cash when you are sick or hurt, announces that Institutional Investor magazine has named Chairman and CEO Dan Amos among the "Best CEOs in America." Mr. Amos was selected by buy-side analysts as the Best CEO in the insurance sector for the second consecutive year.  This marks the fifth time Amos has appeared on the prestigious list.

At the same time, Aflac Senior Vice President Ken Janke Jr. is included on the list of America's Best Investor Relations Professionals, selected by buy-side analysts, and the Aflac Investor Relations team was recognized as the "Best Investor Relations Company" in the insurance category.  The recognition, according to Institutional Investor, credits companies that have navigated difficult times without compromising core values.
