ADM Directors Vote Cash Dividend DECATUR, Ill., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Archer Daniels Midland Company today declared a cash dividend of six cents a share on the Company's stock payable December 11, 2003 to shareholders of record November 18, 2003. This is ADM's 308th cash dividend and 288th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 72 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of September 30, 2003, there were 645,344,615 shares of ADM stock outstanding.
