that Karen Gardner, Administrative and Events Coordinator for the
Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, was named America’s
Next Top Administrative Professional at the 14th
annual Administrative Professionals Conference (APC) in Orlando, FL. The
award, founded by Adecco, celebrates corporate America’s
most valuable employees – its administrative
professional staff.
In addition to national recognition, Gardner received a $3,000
scholarship for ongoing professional development and education, an
all-expense paid trip to the 2006 APC event and an extended stay for two
in Florida. Additionally, two runner-ups, Peggy Vasquez and Renee Adams,
each received $1,000 scholarships and all-expense paid trips to the APC
Conference.

In her role as Administrative and Events Coordinator for the Children’s
Museum of Indianapolis, Gardner is responsible for the day-to-day
execution and management of the organization’s
