Paris - 15 October 2024 - EUROAPI today announces the closing of the refinanced Credit Revolving Facility (RCF) and the Perpetual Deeply Subordinated Hybrid Bond subscribed by Sanofi, thus completing the financing of its FOCUS-27 strategic plan.
