Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

    

On November 29, 2016, Amanda Kleha notified Zendesk, Inc. (the “Company”) of her intention to resign from her position as Senior Vice President, Go to Market Strategy of the Company, effective as of December 30, 2016.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Marcus Bragg has notified the Company of his intention to resign from his position as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales of the Company, in order to pursue an outside opportunity. Mr. Bragg will remain with the Company until December 7, 2016.

Jaimie Buss has agreed to join the Company as Vice President, Sales for the Americas region. Ms. Buss’s employment will commence on December 5, 2016.
