PARSIPPANY, N.J., Aug. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN) announced today its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.42 per share on its common stock, payable September 14, 2015 to shareholders of record as of August 28, 2015.
