                    WEALTH MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE PLC ("WMS")

               New Contracts Awarded from Standard Bank and NHS


WMS is pleased to announce that it has won an order for its LISA(R) wealth
management system from Standard Bank of South Africa valued at #360,000,
including a license valued at #180,000. LISA(R) will support all private client
wealth management services for Standard Bank's operations in London, Hong Kong,
Miami, and Jersey, in addition to other satellite offices.

Paul Newton, Chief Executive of WMS, said: "LISA(R) will enable Standard Bank to
enhance and harmonise its client facing technology for its worldwide private
client operations. Standard Bank currently holds data on twelve different
internal and external systems and LISA(R) will enable this information to be
consolidated onto one system, enabling the bank to present a consistent private
client wealth management service and global brand to its customers. LISA(R) will
handle all of the asset classes including cash, securities, precious metals,
derivatives and FX trading and our software will support a number of new
functions including collateralised lending and client profitability analysis.
The project will be implemented during the remainder of this year and the first
half of next year".

WMS has also been awarded a further NHS contract, from the Velindre NHS Trust
for the supply of a Welsh Breast Screening System valued at #58,000.
