Virtus Investment Partners Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock

Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. (NYSE: VRTS), which operates a multi-boutique asset management business, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.90 per common share for the first quarter of 2024. The $1.90 per share quarterly dividend is equivalent to that paid for the prior quarter and represents a 15% increase over the quarterly dividend paid for the same quarter last year.

The dividend will be paid on May 15, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2024. Future declarations of dividends will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
