The Board of Trustees of Invesco Bond Fund (VBF) has declared an additional distribution from the Fund in the form of a short-term capital gain of $0.3935 per share, and a long-term capital gain of $0.1720 per share with the record, ex-dividend and payable date mentioned below.

Reinvest Date: 12/31/12	Payable Date: 12/31/12

Form 1099-DIV for the calendar year will report distributions for federal income tax purposes.  The Fund's annual report to shareholders will include information regarding the tax character of Fund distributions for the fiscal year.
