Invesco Announces Adjournment of Joint Annual Meeting for Certain Invesco Van Kampen Closed-End Funds

The Joint Annual Meetings of Shareholders (the “Joint Annual Meeting”) of Invesco Van Kampen California Value Municipal Income Trust (VCV), Invesco Van Kampen Municipal Opportunity Trust (VMO), Invesco Van Kampen Municipal Trust (VKQ), Invesco Van Kampen Pennsylvania Value Municipal Income Trust (VPV), Invesco Van Kampen Trust For Insured Municipals (VIM) and Invesco Van Kampen Trust for Investment Grade Municipals (VGM) (each a “Fund”, together the “Funds”) have been adjourned until August 13, 2010 at 3:30 p.m., Central time, and will be held at 11 Greenway Plaza, Houston, Texas 77046.

The Joint Annual Meeting was adjourned to provide the Funds with additional time to solicit proxies from its shareholders to establish the requisite quorum for the conduct of business at the Joint Annual Meeting.
