Valmont Announces 2023 Investor Day Event in New York City

Valmont® Industries, Inc. (NYSE: VMI), a global leader that provides vital infrastructure and advances agricultural productivity while driving innovation through technology, today announced details for its upcoming Investor Day at The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in New York City. The event will be held both virtually and in-person on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.

Stephen G. Kaniewski, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Avner M. Applbaum, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be joined by members of the Company’s executive and senior management team to provide an in-depth overview of the company and business segments, including growth strategies, capital allocation priorities and financial objectives.

A live webcast of the presentations, including two question and answer sessions will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and will be approximately a half-day event.
