Vivendi: Governance Changes at Dailymotion

The Dailymotion Board of Directors decided today to appoint Maxime Saada, until now Deputy Chairman, as Chairman of the video content aggregation and distribution platform.

Maxime Saada, who continues his duties as Chief Executive Officer of Canal+ Group, is responsible for the acceleration of synergies between Dailymotion, with 3.5 billion video views per month, and all of Vivendi’s other businesses, including Canal+.

Maxime Saada replaces Cédric Tournay who is leaving Dailymotion. The Board of Directors wishes to thank him for his achievements.

Maxime Saada will work with Guiseppe de Martino and Martin Rogard, both Executive Vice Presidents of Dailymotion, in whom the Board of Directors reiterated its confidence.
