Vector Group Ltd. (NYSE:VGR) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.40 per share. Additionally, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a stock dividend of 5%. Both the quarterly cash and the stock dividends are payable on September 27, 2019 to holders of record as of September 17, 2019.
