MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Valspar Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 8, 2017, to shareholders of record on March 1, 2017.
