The Valspar Corporation will release its third quarter fiscal 2015 financial results on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, before the market opens.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the results on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, beginning at 11:00 a.m. ET (10:00 a.m. CT). Valspar’s senior executive management will review results for the third quarter, provide an update on the business and take questions from analysts.
